Srushti Dehmukh started preparing for UPSC when she was in her 3rd stage of her engineer degree. When she graduated she wondered if she would be content with her engineering job. Later, she realized the dream of her was to work in civil service and started to focus on the field. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil service, and to pursue an opportunity to work in public service. She stayed motivated and concentrated on becoming IAS officer. IAS officer. It takes more effort to achieve UPSC. She used to study her engineering classes and study for UPSC while also studying various topics. Every day, she set aside some time for preparation. She completed her engineering tests in only one-and-a-half months and stayed away from social activities. She believes that concentration and focus are crucial to pass the government examination to become an official. She was extremely committed to passing the test and made a great amount of work. Everyday, she went through the news to stay updated with the current news. Rajya Sabha TV, online sources and various study tools proved to be a great help for her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh's book IAS Srushti Deskmukh has also created a book. It has been published under the title The Answer Writing Guide. This book can be found in any library of the country.
