Toni Collette has been an Australian actress for more than 20 years. She rose to fame through the comedy Muriel's Wedding and gained even greater recognition following the debut of the suspense thriller The Sixth Sense. The actress who is versatile is Toni Collette. She has been involved in a variety of films like The Hours. Japanese Story. About a Boy. Little Miss Sunshine. The Way. Way Back. Knives Out. She has received a great amount of praise for her work on television which includes The United States of Tara series as well as Wanderlust. Toni Collette, besides her work in television and movies as well as stage productions like Uncle Vanya King Lear and Toni Collette. In 2000 the actress had her Broadway debut in The Wild Party. She won multiple awards in her stage, film and TV work which included 5 AACTA Awards. Toni Collette, in addition to her acting career, worked as the executive producer on several of her films which include Hereditary. The TV series United States of Tara was also produced by her. Since 2006, she started a band and debuted her album Beautiful Awkward Pictures. The year 2017 was the year she established her own production firm.

The majority of her growing up at Falls Church. When she was young beginning her journey to studying ballet at Washington School of Ballet, she developed a passion for the arts and performing. She had a successful dancing profession at first and been in numerous school plays. As she graduated from high school she was a part of each musical produced by her school. That's what led her to acting. She eventually quit dancing. After graduation she attended Carnegie Mellon University and studied drama. But after spending 2 years at Carnegie Mellon, she decided not to pursue a degree to focus on her work acting. Louisa grew up in a 4-person family. The mother of her child Lida Jeanne Wright is American and her father Robert 'Bob' Henry Krause was of half-Japanese descent. Nathaniel Krause is her brother and works in the field of film as director. She loves being with her family and going for picnics or barbecues. She is so fond of her brother they've bought the place he lives in so that they can visit more often. The Career of Louisa Krause started her career by not doing it for money, but rather to get noticed by serious film studios. This proved to be an effective strategy. Her acting career began in the theatre in a variety of off-Broadway productions, but the two most renowned she appeared in was In a Dark Dark House and Les Liaisons Dangereuses both in 2007. In late 2007 she started her career in film acting by playing supporting roles in Babysitter as well as The Speed of Life. After a 2-year hiatus the first films she acted in came in Taking Woodstock & Toe to Toe. Then she devoted over the next two years to short films. Also, she is recognized for her film work. The show she most recently appeared in, The Girlfriend Experience was nominated by the Golden Globes for her performance as Anna Garner.
